The story is written in the Yindjibarndi language which is spoken by about 500 aboriginal people living in and around Roebourne, Western Australia.
The story was translated by members of the Summer Institute of Linguistics with the help of the following Yindjibarndi people:- Alec Tucker, Alan Jacobs, Eve Adams.
